Pakistan: China to Support PRCS in Rescue and Emergency Ambulance Service


Islamabad: The Red Cross Society of China will support the Pakistan Red Crescent Society (PRCS) in rescue and emergency ambulance services. The two societies formalised a commitment to this effect by signing an MoU for future cooperation here on June 19. Pakistan: Red Alert in Pindi Hospitals


The allied hospitals in town received special directives from the provincial health department on June 21 afternoon. Immediately after receiving directives, administrations of the allied hospitals cancelled holidays of all the staff putting hospitals on red alert. Rawalpindi: Rescue Services have prepared a flood protection plan which would be enforced after July 01. Director General Punjab emergency Services, Rescue 1122 DrRizwan Naseer said a flood protection plan has been prepared to deal with possible flooding during the upcoming monsoon season. Pakistan: PIMS Ready to Meet Emergency Health Crisis


Islamabad: The leaves of all the hospital consultants and physicians serving at the Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto Medical University, PIMS, have been cancelled for June 23 order to provide full health cover to law enforcement officials including those discharging their duties to protect public property and lives of people during the arrival of PAT chief Dr Tahir-ul-Qadri.
