	Ajman: Police officers in Ajman are now able to identify the locations of emergency phone calls, thanks to its integration with Etisalat, said a top official.\"The advanced system in the new operations room helps locate the caller reporting emergency of any kind. It will ensure quick response to incidents and accidents to protect lives and properties,\" said Lt-Col Hisham Abdullah Bu Shihab, director of the Ajman Police operations room, during a Press conference held to announce the features of the new operations room.

	Dubai: A senior official has reiterated warnings to residents to not intervene in a car accident scene to rescue victims as they could be held liable.Rescuing an injured person following a major car accident should be left to emergency personnel or individuals who have gone through advanced medical response training because wrong assistance can endanger the life of the victim, warned Khalifa Bin Darrai, executive director of Dubai Corporation for Ambulance Services (DCAS).

	Abu Dhabi: Residents will be educated about how to handle medical emergencies through a roadshow being organised by Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, the hospital announced in a statement on 11 July.Medical staff will teach residents how to perform life-saving cardiopulmonary resuscitation, while also highlighting the hospital’s advanced emergency department.
