Nepal: Government Provides Land for Trauma Center in Dhulikhel


Banepa: Construction of the trauma center in Dhulikhel Hospital has finally become certain with the government providing land for the purpose recently.  The Ministry of Industry has decided to provide the land it had acquired for the Information Park in Dhulikhel-5 for construction of the trauma center. The ministry has provided the land to the hospital on a 30-year lease.

Kathmandu: Owing to widespread public criticism over doctors’ protests which has resulted in a halt to medical services provided to general patients, the Nepal Medical Association (NMA) has directed the hospitals to provide regular OPD services from emergency wards. Nepal: Pharmacies Closed for Indefinite Period in Birgunj


Birgunj: All the pharmacies in Birgunj have been shut down for an indefinite period from January 30 Thursday.
