China: Church Holds Emergency Medical Aid Training to Encourage Believers to Be Good Samaritans


Beijing: On July 9, a suburban campus of the Beijing Haidian Church held an emergency-medical-aid themed health public lecture for its congregations. China: Beijing holds first nuke security emergency drill


Beijing: China has successfully held its first comprehensive nuclear security emergency drill as the country embarks on a major expansion of nuclear power, a civilian ministry has said.\r\nCode-named as “Fengbao-2016,” the drill was held to test and improve China’s security-incident response mechanism, said the State Administration of Science, Technology and Industry for National Defence. The drill, which was neither scripted nor had a pre-planned result, tested the effectiveness of the nuclear security system, the administration said.

China: Chinese Military Commissions Its First Air Ambulance


Beijing: China has commissioned its first military air ambulance to evacuate wounded army personnel during cross-border army, naval operations and in peacekeeping missions abroad.\r\nAs People\'s Liberation Army (PLA) troops carry out cross-border military operations, such as naval escort mission in the Gulf of Aden, international peacekeeping and joint military exercises, which has made it necessary to have its air ambulance instead of relying on civilian aviation rescue institutions to evacuate wounded and sick military personnel, the report said.

China: China to Step up Emergency Medical Aid
