	Alwar: Government would probe the fitness of the Janani Express 104, 108 ambulances. After that bad vehicles will be corrected. If a vehicle is not repairable then it will be removed from the department.\r\nIncluding Alwar all districts, the entire process will be headed by the District Collector. This is the first time the state government is taking over big.

	India: Andhra Pradesh to Have State Disaster Response Force
	Hyderabad: Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu has given his nod for the creation of State Disaster Response Force (SDRF) to strengthen disaster management systems in Andhra Pradesh.\r\nThis force would initially have a battalion of 100 personnel who would be trained to handle disasters and would be drawn from various forces in cases of disasters in the state, an official statement said.In a review meeting held on September 2 at Secretariat, the Chief Minister asked officials to immediately create an inventory of equipment that can be used by the government during disasters.

	India: CATS to Set-up Modern Control Room at Laxmi Nagar in Delhi
	Centralised Accident and Trauma Services (CATS) in collaboration with WIPRO Ltd will set up a modern control room at Laxmi Nagar in Trans Yamuna area here.An MoU was signed on September 04, 2015 by officers of CATS and WIPRO before Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia here, a government official said.\r\nFollowing the Delhi Cabinet Decision dated July 16 approving the implementation of \'free\' \'\'Home to Hospital Care\'\' emergency medical response ambulance service to the people of Delhi through Centralised Accident & Trauma Services (CATS), the CATS and M/S WIPRO Ltd signed the MoU.

	India: Gurgaon Traffic Cops to Undergo First-Aid Training
	Gurgaon: Over 1,600 traffic cops from across the state will soon undergo training sessions at 4 private hospitals in the city to learn how to provide first aid treatment to road accident victims. According to traffic DCP Bharti Arora, this will help save several lives as traffic cops are the first respondents in case of road accidents. \"The golden hour or the first one hour after the road accident is the most crucial to save lives of road accident victims.

	India: Ambulances Go off Road, Services Hit
	Kendrapara: The ambulance service in Kendrapara district was paralysed as the drivers launched a protest against the attack on a driver at taxi stand near the court in the town on Sunday.\r\nThe agitating drivers and emergency medical technicians (EMT) drove the ambulances from different parts of the district to the office of the Collector at around 12.30 pm demanding stern action against the persons who had assaulted the driver Upendra Prasad Singh (26) while he was driving a patient from Kendrapara Hospital to SCB Medical College and Hospital (SCBMCH) at Cuttack.
