Dear AAEMS Members,
With the establishment of the Asian Association for Emergency Medical Services (AAEMS), we are keen to help develop EMS capability and capacity across Asia.
With this in mind, Singapore hosted a 4-week EMS clinical fellowship (as observer).
Successful applicants would have the opportunity to gain insight to the clinical practice/procedures, patient care management protocols, ethical and cultural context of Singapore’s emergency medical services (EMS) system under one roof. They will also have the opportunity to understand the pre-hospital emergency care system in Singapore through attachment to SCDF’s (the national ambulance service) headquarters, dispatch centre, medical department, training facilities, and/or fire stations.
