Stick to 65 Decibel Siren, Cops to Ambulance Drivers

Bhubaneswar: The Commissionerate Police has asked ambulance drivers not to blow the sirens beyond 65 decibel. With complaints about ambulances using the siren systems at will, the police on April 29 Monday asked the drivers to refrain from using high levels of decibel.

The City police said there have been a number of complaints from various quarters that the ambulances are using high sounding sirens not only during the day, but also during late in the night.
