On 4 September, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev got acquainted with conditions created at the Astara Regional Central Hospital after major repair. Now all the work is done here. The diagnostic equipment has been installed.
“Emergency department and clinic was reconstructed. Medical issues in Astara, we can say, are solved. I remember last year we met here. I am glad that these instructions are executed in a timely manner. After one year, we meet here again. I believe that all the work should be carried out to the end, no work can remain incomplete, especially in health care.
