Lahore: 20 officers and instructors from the Punjab Emergency Services (Rescue 1122) department have been sent to Turkey to obtain training in emergency & disaster management, health care system, training, monitoring and other related mechanisms.
\r\nAfter seeking training, these officers and instructors will further impart training among the rest of the rescuers when they return. Dr Naseer noted that the province’s Rescue 1122 service was contributing towards the health care system by providing emergency care to helpless victims since its inception in 2004.
