Kapalong: The Municipal Government of Kapalong was conferred recently with the Gawad KALASAG award as the Best Prepared Local Disaster Risk Reduction Management Council in the region for 1st to 3rd class municipality category.
The award was given by the Regional DRRMC thru OCD Regional Director and RDRRMC Chairperson, Ret.Brig. Gen Loreto F. Rirao.The Gawad KALASAG Award was initiated by the National Disaster Risk Reduction Management Council (NDRRMC) in 1998. |
