Ahmedabad: Teachers and students of DPS, Bopal and St Kabir School were given first-hand training in cardio-pulmonary resuscitation (CPR) to revive unconscious heart attack victims. The initiative was organized in memory of Sterling Hospital's eminent cardiologist Dr Shrenik Shah who died of a heart attack last year.
A team of doctors from the hospital demonstrated and performed CPR at a session with around 60 students, making them aware of medical emergencies and their responsibility to save precious lives in such conditions. |
