Dubai: Dubai Smart Government (DSG) has announced that its IT team supervising Government Resources Planning (GRP) systems has completed the application of GRP solutions for the Dubai Corporation for Ambulance Services (Dubai Ambulance). The project automates Dubai Ambulance operations related to purchasing, internal requests, and accounts.
The automation process, which complements the move towards a smart government, now enables medical staff of Dubai Ambulance to send requests from their iPad devices directly to warehouses from any location and transmit notices via e-mail to warehouse storekeepers. The improved capability supports Dubai Ambulance’s primary need to have its requests promptly processed and its requirements met by warehouses as fast as possible. |
