Visakhapatnam: An IoT (Internet of Things) device that will soon be installed in five major traffic junctions in the city next month will give ambulances the green light, all the way to the incident they are attending, and ensure quick medical aid is provided to the patients.
\r\nIn a first of its kind system used for making emergency services in India more efficient, city based start-up Greenline Labs has created a technology called Emergency Response Automation (ERA) that creates a geo-fencing when any ambulance is within 500 metres radius from the traffic signal. |
