Manila: The National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC) through the Office of Civil Defence (OCD) in collaboration with the Metro Manila DRRM Council will hold the second Quarter Nationwide Simultaneous Earthquake Drill (NSED) on 22 June 2016, 9 am. The on-site NDRRMC Operations Center will be established at the GHQ Grandstand, Camp General Emilio Aguinaldo, and Quezon City. \r\nThe second NSED shall delve in the evaluation of the on-site NDRRMC Operations Center based on the National Disaster Response Plan for Earthquakes and Tsunamis, the quadrants of Metro Manila in reference with OPLAN YAKAL including the interoperability among assisting Regional DRRM Councils. |
