Manila: The Philippine Army will receive 23 M1152 Humvee ambulances on 26 January to address the immediate medical needs of wounded troops on the battlefield prior to their transfer to medical facilities. \r\n
A total of 30 Humvee ambulances were procured under the Philippine Defense Reform Program to enhance the Forward Health Service Support System of the Philippine Army. The remaining seven units are expected to be delivered next month.
