India: E-ONE Emergency Care Launches at Citizens Hospital


Hyderabad: Citizens Specialty Hospital launched E-ONE --- an emergency care response of clinical teams and lifesaving technologies working together to save time, save lives in any emergency situation. It is a single window access point for any emergency situation, that can be accessed at 040 67192021. E-ONE deploys trained clinical manpower, state-of-the-art technology as well as evidence based treatment management processes to ensure the best possible outcomes in any emergency situation, the hospital said.

India: Bali Bhagat Lays Foundation of GMC¡¯s Emergency Extension Block


Jammu: In order to augment  the bed capacity and to handle great rush of patients in the emergency block, Minister for Health & Medical Education, Bali Bhagat laid foundation of Rs 12 crore worth extension and allied works at Government Medical College here on 22 January.\r\nIn the first phase of expansion, capacity of one hundred beds will be added by utilizing the space in the existing Chopra Nursing Home adjoining to the emergency block thus raising the bed capacity from present 234 to 334.

India: Valakkulam Students to Launch Ambulance Service


Malappuram: A group of students of Valakkulam in Thennala panchayat will launch an ambulance service on 23 January to take care of the needy in the area. It was bought for Rs 4 lakh under the \'Kaniv Home Care\' service with the help of the teachers and alumni of the KHM Higher Secondary School at Valakkulam.\r\nThe selected students of the JRC have been provided basic life support training and medical equipment. The ambulance was bought under the \'Kaniv Home Care\' service with the help of the teachers and alumni of the KHM Higher Secondary School at Valakkulam.

India: Training on Emergency Care and Resuscitation Management


Itanagar: The 2-day training on emergency care and resuscitation management organized by Directorate of Medical Education, T&R, and Naharlagun concluded at Seminar Hall of Tomo Riba Institute of Health & Medical Sciences (TRIHMS) Naharlagun on Friday (20 January) with distribution of certificates to the participants.\r\nDoctors from various districts and TRIHMS and GNM students of Arunachal State Nursing School (ASNS) Naharlagun participated in the crucial training.

Rajpipala: The two-wheeler ambulance service launched by police on 27 January will prove to be a boon for people living in the hilly and forest areas of Narmada district where ambulance services have invariably failed to reach during medical emergencies because of poor road connectivity.
